- Can I order a website from you even if I already have my own website?
Of course. You can keep your web pages at the existing address, or we can update them or keep their current design if you wish so. It is important to know that from our experience with previous clients, it is always more difficult to correct what someone else has done before us than to do everything right from the start. The choice is yours.
- I would like to order a website from you. What is necessary for the start?
For a really good start, it is desirable that you familiarise yourself with
the basics of optimization. After that, you should
specify the keywords that you will be using in your project. When you are finished with the research, you have to give names to your files and titles depending on the results obtained. When the time comes, you will get all the necessary help from us.
- What results can be achieved with this method?
You should know that the choice of interesting phrases and their correct inclusion into a document is not a 100% guarantee for success. Beforehand, you should analyse what to expect from the competitors for these keywords. Here is a short list of what you should check:
- What is the Page Rank of the best positioned web pages at this moment? (Install: Google Toolbar)
- How old are they? (Check: Network Tools > Whois: competitor.com)
- What is their registered volume, i.e. how many files they have? (Check: Google, query = site:competitor.com)
- How many links on the Internet lead to them? (Check: Yahoo! Site Explorer, Explore URL > http://www.competitor.com > Inlinks > Show Inlinks: Except from this domain )
For each of these items mentioned you should have better cards in order to skip them and achieve better placement on search engines. This requires much effort, but if you are persistent, you will succeed. On the other hand, it is better that way, because otherwise, there would be cataclysmic changes in order of best placed websites on the Internet every day. With minimal effort, everyone would succeed in skipping something that someone else has been creating for years with much effort and large investments. You surely wouldn't want something like that happening to you tomorrow, would you?
- All this is incomprehensible to me. Can you do it all by yourself?
Of course. But please bear in mind the fact that it is completely impossible for us to gain a good result without your engagement because you know your business and everything related to it better than we do.
- What do I need to send you?
First of all, all your future pages have to be filled with the text you want and sent to us in the form of "page-name.txt". If you include the information about the
title and the
description, you will do a great thing (see:
the basics of SEO). Furthermore, it is desirable that you mark in the text all the places where the links and pictures will be. Finally, you need to send us all the pictures you want in the form of "picture-name.file".

- How can I influence the design?
You are free to send us template that is already done or demand a specific design. If you do not have one, it is only necessary to send us an e-mail or phone us with your wishes. Of course, all graphic elements in the form of logos and other design elements are welcome.
- What about maintenance? Can I later change the design and content if I wish to?
Of course. During concept creation or indeed after the job is finished, it is possible, at any given moment, to change the background colour, colour and size of the text and whole series of parameters in just a few moves and in the shortest time. This gives you the possibility to, let’s say, change the design for unlimited number of times and ways. The whole concept is made to require only minimal changes in only a few places, which results in changing all the documents on the server. Do have in mind though that in terms of changes of layout, for example from the combination no. 4 to combination no. 13, this can be connected with our further interventions because of a possibly different approach to technical and constructive details. However, if you stick to the same combination, you can easily change colours, font size, heights, widths, etc. on your own. In terms of content, eventually some other problems of purely technical nature might occur if you want to enter new links, pictures, etc. it is not impossible to do so, but if you decide to do it on your own, it requires some specific
knowledge of HTML.
There are several options:

- Deferred payment – this option is only possible as an exception and you will need to sign a separate contract that has to be signed and faxed or sent by post to our address.
- What methods of payment are accepted?
We have a long and 100% positive experience in payment and charging through one of the biggest, if not the biggest, companies for online payments,
PayPal. You can choose to become their registered user or you can pay at once by valid credit card. Besides, we accept all regular payments to our bank account.
- What happens in case of dispute?
First of all, if we are not able to do what you expect from us, your money will be returned in the same way as you paid. In the case that we absolutely cannot agree, the dispute will be brought before the District Court in Malmö, Sweden, Europe.
- Do you give any guarantees?
We guarantee that we will deliver the service/product as it is defined in the text above. This means that we have done everything that is in our power for the client to be satisfied and that the client will get the best service/product possible. At the same time we expect from each client to understand the fact that we do not have any influence over search engines and the way they sort the search results. In that way we follow all the rules prescribed by
Google’s guidelines for webmasters. ACCORDINGLY WE DO NOT GIVE ANY GUARANTEES ABOUT FUTURE TRAFFIC FROM SEARCH ENGINES BECAUSE THIS IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAIR BUSINESS CUSTOMS.
